Rolled-up holiday pay: Holiday pay is rolled up and paid weekly at 12.07% of earnings. Where rolled-up holiday pay is used, no further payment is made when leave is taken unless otherwise required by law or contract.

Accrued holiday pay: Holiday entitlement accrues at 12.07% of hours worked. Holiday pay for accrued holiday is calculated using a 52 week average and is paid on request, subject to your chosen holiday arrangement and the applicable rules.
Additional benefitsAny agreed expenses that you have incurred with authorisation. Plus a Night Out allowance of £25 when on a Night Out.
